The Respect for Others case is an interactive H5P case study designed to support character development in engineering and professional workplace contexts. Through realistic scenarios, learners follow Jordan, a newly graduated engineer, as they respond to interruptions, cultural insensitivity, dismissed contributions, interpersonal conflict, and team leadership challenges. Learners make decisions, evaluate respectful and disrespectful behaviors, and reflect on how character traits such as fairness, open-mindedness, humility, courage, and cultural awareness contribute to trust, inclusion, effective teamwork, and professional success.
